    hi gizem,your speech is well.but there are some pronouncation mistakes.you should say /dɪˈpɑːtm(ə)nt/ instead of /deˈpɑːtm(ə)nt/ and ɪˈsɛnʃ(ə)li/ instead of /eˈsɛnʃ(ə)li/.thanks...

    what an excellent pronounciation.clear speech. voice quality . I've never seen such a fluent speech! I dont know what to say.I listened at least 20 times. its uniquee, perfect! :D
